The challenge: The organization needed a coherent asset management system rather than a set of disconnected documents, with assurance built in from the start.
What we delivered: Policy, strategic asset management plan, system design, asset management plans and asset class plans, aligned to ISO 55000 and tailored to the operational context.
The outcome: A coherent, assurance-ready asset management system that gives the organization a consistent basis for managing its assets, aligned to ISO 55000.

The challenge: The council needed a clear picture of its asset management maturity and a realistic, sequenced path to improve it.
What we delivered: A maturity assessment against NAMS+ tooling, a strategic asset management plan, and an improvement roadmap aligned to ISO 55000 principles.
The Outcome: A coherent, assurance-ready asset management system that gives the organization a consistent basis for managing its assets, aligned to ISO 55000.

The challenge: Capital was being allocated across competing needs without a repeatable, defensible basis for the trade-offs being made.
What we delivered: Value-based models and optimisation methods embedded into a repeatable portfolio process, integrating asset risk, performance measures and service outcomes.
The outcome: A repeatable, defensible basis for investment decisions, so trade-offs between competing needs can be explained with confidence.
Client type: Water utility · Service area: Investment, Risk & Performance
The challenge: Risk was being assessed inconsistently across asset classes, making it impossible to compare or prioritize works across the whole portfolio.
What we delivered: Consequence modelling, criticality assignment, and the governance, review and application processes to use them in planning and works prioritization.
The outcome: A consistent way to compare risk across asset classes, supporting clearer prioritization of works across the whole portfolio.
Client type: Metropolitan council · Service area: Investment, Risk & Performance
The challenge: Condition and inspection data existed but sat in separate systems, so nobody could answer a simple question: which assets are overdue, and where are they concentrated?
What we delivered: An ArcGIS Online dashboard with chart-to-map filtering, so selecting a condition band highlights the assets behind it; gauges that recalculate against the current map extent and selection; serial charts with null values excluded and date fields corrected so the time axis sorts chronologically rather than alphabetically.
The outcome: Condition and inspection data brought together in one place, making it easier to see which assets need attention and where.

The challenge: Condition scores couldn't be compared across the register because inspections happened years apart and age at inspection was never recorded. Install dates were stored inconsistently — some as text, some as integer years.
What we delivered: Field calculations in ArcGIS Pro to derive age at inspection across the register, Python expressions written against the stored formats rather than the display formats, and a reconciled date standard applied back to the source so the problem doesn't recur.
The outcome: Condition scores that can be compared on a like-for-like basis, backed by a date standard that supports more reliable analysis over time.
Client type: Metropolitan council · Service area: Digital, Data & Spatial
The challenge: Survey responses arrived in inconsistent formats from internal teams and external contributors, multi-select answers collapsed into unusable text, and the reporting behind them had silently stopped refreshing.
What we delivered: Structured capture forms with conditional branching, automated routing into the corporate record, external contributor access as guest accounts without direct system permissions, and a rebuilt reporting layer on a corrected data source with refresh monitored.
The outcome: A more reliable path from field data to reporting, with consistent capture and reporting designed to stay current.

The challenge: Operational teams were switching between a GIS viewer, a spreadsheet and the asset register to answer one question, and reaching different answers depending on which they trusted.
What we delivered: ArcGIS Experience Builder applications with configured chart-to-map filter actions, linked asset detail panels, and default extents set for each team's area of responsibility.
The outcome: Teams working from a shared view of the same data, supporting faster and more consistent answers to everyday operational questions.
